YPT系列變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)

YPT3系列變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)是我公司自行開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品。YPT3效率指標(biāo)符合GB 18613-2012《中小型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)能效限定值及能效等級(jí)》中的“電動(dòng)機(jī)節(jié)能評(píng)價(jià)值”中的3級(jí)效率的規(guī)定。

YPT3 series frequency-control three-phase asynchronous motors are independently developed and designed by our company. The efficiency index of YPT3 series conforms to the class-3 efficiency rate of “rating of energy saving for motors” in GB18613-2012, Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Rates for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors.

本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)座號(hào)范圍為80mm～355mm，功率等級(jí)和安裝尺寸符合GB/T4772.1/IEC 60072-1和GB/T4772.2/ IEC 60072-2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定

The frame size range of this series is 80mm-355mm, and the output ratings and mounting dimensions conform to the regulations specified in GB/T4772.1/IEC 60072-1 and GB/T4772.2/ IEC 60072-2.

電動(dòng)機(jī)采用獨(dú)立通風(fēng)（冷卻方式為IC416）和自扇冷卻（冷卻方式為IC411）兩種通風(fēng)結(jié)構(gòu)，前者調(diào)頻范圍為0～60Hz，4極以上可擴(kuò)大調(diào)頻范圍,后者調(diào)頻范圍為35～60Hz。

The motors are equipped with two kinds of ventilating structures: independent ventilation (cooling method: IC416) and fan-ventilated cooling (cooling method: IC411). The frequency range of the former method is 0-60Hz, and the range can be enlarged for motors with 4 or more poles; the frequency range of the latter is 35-60Hz.

電動(dòng)機(jī)主接線(xiàn)盒和獨(dú)立風(fēng)機(jī)的接線(xiàn)盒位于機(jī)座的頂部，可以左右出線(xiàn)，滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)不同出線(xiàn)方式的要求；

The primary terminal box of the motor and the terminal box for the independent fan are mounted at the top of the frame to enable both right and left wiring and thus meet users’ different needs;

機(jī)座號(hào)160及以上電機(jī)，可以根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要提供定子測(cè)溫裝置、軸承測(cè)溫裝置、加熱器、不停機(jī)注排油裝置；

According to users’ needs, the motors with the frame size of 160 or above could be provided with the stator and bearing temperature measuring devices, heater, and non-stop oil-filling and -draining device;

機(jī)座號(hào)225及以上電機(jī)，可根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要提供底腳調(diào)整螺栓孔；

2.4 According to users’ needs, the motors with the frame size of 225 or above could be provided with bolt holes for foot adjustment;

非軸伸端可安裝編碼器、測(cè)速機(jī)等輔助設(shè)備。

Auxiliary devices, such as encoder and tachometer, could be installed at the non-driving end.

接線(xiàn)盒、機(jī)座、端蓋和風(fēng)罩的外形美觀(guān)、樣式新穎，并且有利于降噪和通風(fēng)；

The terminal box, frame, end cover, and fan housing are of beautiful appearance and novel styles, and the design is helpful for noise reduction and ventilation;

如用于各種特殊環(huán)境，如：“W”、“TH”、“WTH”、“F1”、“F2”、“WF1”及“WF2”，其中：W為戶(hù)外防輕腐蝕；TH為濕熱；WTH為戶(hù)外濕熱；F1為戶(hù)內(nèi)防中等防腐；F2為戶(hù)內(nèi)防強(qiáng)腐蝕；WF1為戶(hù)外防中等腐蝕；WF2為戶(hù)外防強(qiáng)腐蝕，需在定貨時(shí)提出。

The marks for various special environments include “W”, “TH”, “WTH”, “F1”, “F2”, “WF1”, and “WF2”, where W model is suitable for outdoor and slightly corrosive environment; TH for environment in humid tropics; WTH for outdoor environment in humid tropics; F1 for indoor and moderately corrosive environment; F2 for indoor and highly corrosive environment; WF1 for outdoor and moderately corrosive environment; WF2 for outdoor and highly corrosive environment;

為了方便連接負(fù)載，在電動(dòng)機(jī)軸伸端面均預(yù)留有C型中心孔；

To facilitate load connection, a C-shape center bore is pre-opened at the motor’s driving end face;

機(jī)座號(hào)132及以上在電機(jī)機(jī)座底部安裝有排水閥（安裝方式為臥式）；

A drain valve is mounted at the bottom of the frame in motors with the frame size of 132 or above (horizontally mounted);

電動(dòng)機(jī)接線(xiàn)盒內(nèi)設(shè)6個(gè)接線(xiàn)端子，進(jìn)線(xiàn)口處螺紋規(guī)格(見(jiàn)表1)，并提供尼龍電纜防水接頭，可適用于電纜外徑（見(jiàn)表1）的電纜進(jìn)線(xiàn)。

There are 6 terminals in the motor’s terminal box. Specifications of thread at the inlet are shown in Table 1. In addition, a nylon cable gland, which can be used for connecting the cables with applicable outside diameters (see Table 1), is provided.
