MAM-870螺桿機運行控制器是公司開發出的新一代高科技產品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有3個開關量輸入、8組 模擬量輸入、

5路開關量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*8個漢字/每屏）、S485聯網通信.相序保存護功能、用戶能根據實際情況設定用戶參數等。配備

上位機聯網控制軟件，實現遠程監控.。我公司技術人員能根據用戶需求對產品進行改進以更好的服務于用戶。

控制器集成功能及說明： 

1、開關量：3路開關量輸入，5路繼電器開關量輸出。2、模擬量：一路Pt100溫度輸入，一路4～20mA壓力信號輸入，兩組三相電流輸入（配套CT）。

3、相序輸入電壓：三相380V/220V。4、空壓機工作電壓過低、過高保護，過低電壓、過高電壓值可設置。5、控制器工作電源：AC20V、30VA。

6、顯示量程

①、排氣溫度：-50～150℃；精度：±1℃。②、運行時間：0～999999小時。

③、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。④、壓力：0～1.60MPa。精度；0.01Mpa。

6、相序保護：空壓機停機狀態時，檢測到相序錯誤，動作時間≤2秒。

7、電機保護：控制器對主電機有缺相、不平衡、過載保護功能，對風機有過載保護功能,  

①、缺相保護：當任何一相電源缺相時,動作時間等于設定時間；當斷相保護時間設置時大于20秒時，缺相保護不起作用。                  

②、不平衡保護：任何兩相間電流比值大于不平衡度時,動作時間5秒。                  

③、過載反時限保護特性(時間單位為秒)，倍數＝I實／I設定，當電機運行電流大于或等于設定電流的1.2倍至3.0倍時按下表的過載倍數及動作時間延時動作 

8、溫度保護：當檢測到的實際溫度大于設定溫度時,動作時間≤2s。表2.1.1、電機保護反時限曲線表

9、輸出繼電器觸點容量：250V、5A；觸點壽命500000次。10、電流顯示誤差小于1.0%.。

11、RS485通訊接口，可根據用戶設置,與別的空壓機聯控運行,或按MODBUS RTU協議,做為從機與外部設備通信，做從機時，波特率9600Bps、1起始位、8數據位、1停止位、偶校驗。

12、遠程啟停空壓機:啟停方式設為遠程時,用戶可通過遠程開關,啟停空壓機.13、遠程、本地啟動聯控功能。
