MAM-KY02S螺桿機運行控制器MAM-100S CREW LCD CONTROLLER是公司開發(fā)出的新一代高科技產(chǎn)品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有八個開關(guān)量輸入、十組模擬量輸入、

10路開關(guān)量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*12個漢字/每屏）、S485聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信.相序保存護功能、用戶能根據(jù)實際情況設(shè)定用戶參數(shù)等。配備上
位機聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件，實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控.。我公司技術(shù)人員能根據(jù)用戶需求對產(chǎn)品進行改進以 更好的服務(wù)于用戶。控制器集成功能及說明：

1、 開關(guān)量：8路開關(guān)量輸入，10路繼電器開關(guān)量輸出；
2、 模擬量：二路Pt100溫度輸入，二路4～20mA變送輸入，兩組三相電流輸入（配套    CT）；

3、 控制器工作電源：220V、50Hz、20VA；
4、 顯示量程:　a）、油溫：—20～150℃；。　b）、氣溫：—20～150℃；。　c）、運行時間：0～999999小時。

                   　d）、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。　e）、壓力：0～1.60MPa。
5、相序保護：當(dāng)保護器檢測到錯相時對電機進行保存護；

6、電機保護：控制器對主電機和風(fēng)扇電機均具有堵轉(zhuǎn)、短路、缺 　 相、不平衡、過載基本保護功能；
7、溫度保護：當(dāng)檢測到的實際溫度大于設(shè)定溫度時動作；
8、對油分器、油濾器、空濾器使用狀態(tài)及使用時間預(yù)警報警功能；

9、對電機具有啟停控制，運行控制；

10、RS—485通訊，提供電腦聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件
