MAM-KY12S螺桿機運行控制器是公司多年研制出的新一代高科技產品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有8個開關量輸入、8路
模擬量輸入、八路開關量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*8個漢字/每屏）、S485聯網通信.相序保存護功能、用戶能根據實際情況設定用戶參數等 

。配備上位機聯網控制軟件，實現遠程監控.。我公司技術人員能根據用戶需求對產品進行改進以更好的服務于用戶。

控制器集成功能及說明：

1、開關量：8路開關量輸入，5路繼電器開關量輸出；2、模擬量：1路Pt100溫度輸入，1路4～20mA變送輸入，兩組三相電流輸入（配套
CT）；3、控制器工作電源：AC20V 40AV；4、顯示量程a）、油溫：—20～150℃；。b）、氣溫：—20～150℃；。

c）、運行時間：0～999999小時。d）、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。e）、壓力：0～1.60MPa。

5、相序保護：當保護器檢測到錯相時對電機進行保存護；6、電機保護：控制器對主電機和風扇電機均具有堵轉、短路、缺 　 相、不平衡、過載基本保護功能；

7、溫度保護：當檢測到的實際溫度大于設定溫度時動作；8、對油分器、油濾器、空濾器使用狀態及使用時間預警報警功能；
