溫度傳感器（temperature transducer）是指能感受溫度并轉(zhuǎn)換成可用輸出信號的傳感器。溫度傳感器是溫度測量儀表的核心部分，品種繁多。按測量方式可分為接觸式和非接觸式兩大類，按照傳感器材料及電子元件特性分為熱電阻和熱電偶兩類。

溫度傳感器有四種主要類型：熱電偶、熱敏電阻、電阻溫度檢測器（RTD）和IC溫度傳感器。IC溫度傳感器又包括模擬輸出和數(shù)字輸出兩種類型。

溫度傳感器檢定標準技術及指標：

　　1、測量準確度：0.01級;分辨率0.1uV和0.1mΩ；

　　2、掃描開關寄生電勢：≤0.4μV；

　　3、溫度范圍： 水槽：(室溫+5~95)℃ 油  溫度傳感器（圖9）槽：(95 ~ 300)℃ 低溫恒溫槽：(-80 ~ 100)℃ 高溫爐：(300~1200)℃；

　　4、控溫穩(wěn)定度：優(yōu)于0.01℃/10min(油槽、水槽、低溫恒溫槽);0.2℃/min(管式檢定爐)；

　　5、總不確定度：熱電偶檢定，測量不確定度優(yōu)于0.7℃，重復性誤差<0.25℃;熱電阻檢定測量不確定度優(yōu)于50mk，重復性誤差<10mk；

　　6、檢定數(shù)量：一次可同時檢熱電偶(1-8)支，一次可同時檢同線制熱電阻(1-7)支；

　　7、工作電源：AC220V±10%，50Hz，并有良好保護接地；

　　8、高溫爐功率：約2KW；

　　9、恒溫槽功率：約2KW；

　　10、微機測控系統(tǒng)功率：<500。

   溫度傳感器檢定裝置功能和特點：

　　1、檢定K、E、J、N、B、S、R、T等多種型號的工作用熱電偶；

　　2、檢定Pt100、Pt10、Cu50、Cu100等各種工作用熱電阻，  玻璃液體溫度計、壓力式溫度計、雙金屬溫度計；

　　3、多路低電勢自動轉(zhuǎn)換開關，寄生電勢≤0.4μV；

　　4、控制1-4臺高溫爐；

　　5、溫場測試：可進行檢定爐、油槽、水槽、低溫恒溫槽的溫場測試；

　　6、線制轉(zhuǎn)換：可進行二線制、三線制、四線制電阻檢定；

　　7、軟件具有比對實驗、重復性實驗、溫場實驗等相關實驗功能；

　　8、在Windows2000/XP以上平臺，全中文界面，標準Windows操作系統(tǒng)，方便快捷。可實現(xiàn)：

　　1）設備自檢、查線；

　　2）屏幕顯示并保存控溫曲線≤0.4μV；

　　3）檢測數(shù)據(jù)自動采集；

　　4）自動生成符合要求的檢定記錄；

　　5）自動保存檢定結(jié)果，且不可人工更改；

　　6）查詢各種熱電偶、熱電阻分度表及其它幫助；

　　7）熱電偶、熱電阻所有歷史檢定數(shù)據(jù)、控溫曲線查詢 統(tǒng)計及計量的智能化管理功能。

Temperature sensors (temperature transducer) is to point to can feel temperature is converted into usable output signal of the sensor. Temperature sensor is the core part of the temperature measuring instrument, wide variety. According to measuring methods could be divided into two types: contact and non-contact, according to the sensor material and electronic component features divided into two categories, thermal resistance and thermocouple.

Temperature sensor there are four main types: thermocouple, thermal resistance, the resistance temperature detector (RTD) and the IC temperature sensor. IC temperature sensor has two types including analog output and digital output.

Temperature sensor calibration standard techniques and indicators:

1, the measurement accuracy: 0.01 on the Richter scale; 0.1 uV and 0.1 m Ω resolution;

2, parasitic potential scanning switch: 0.4 u V or less;

3, temperature range: water tank + 5 ~ 95 ℃ (room temperature oil temperature sensor (figure 9) : 95 ~ 300 ℃ low temperature thermostat: (- 80 ~ 100 ℃ high temperature furnace: (300 ~ 1200 ℃);

4 and stability of temperature control: better than 0.01 ℃ / min (tank, water tank, cryogenic thermostat); 0.2 ℃ / min (tubular calibration furnace);

5, the total uncertainty: thermocouple calibration, uncertainty of measurement is better than 0.7 ℃, the repeatability error < 0.25 ℃; Heat resistance test measurement uncertainty is better than 50 mk, repeatability error < 10 mk;

6, the verification number: a thermocouple (1-8) can be checked at the same time, one can also check with line heating resistor (1-7);

7, work power source: AC220V plus or minus 10%, 50 hz, and have good grounding protection;

8, the high temperature furnace power: about 2 kw;
