High Pressure Needle Valves - Autoclave Engineers needle valves are designed for high pressure and temperature gas and liquid applications. Available in multiple tubing sizes with Vee or Regulating Stem and optional materials. These valves are used in markets such as waterjet, waterblast, chemical and oil and gas.

Low Pressure Needle Valves

Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's SpeedBite single ferrule design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

Medium Pressure Needle Valves
SM Series to 20,000 psi (1379 bar)
These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/4" to 1-1/2".Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's coned and threaded design. Operating temperatures from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

QS (Quick Set) Series Needle Valves
15,000 psi (1034 bar)
These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar) in all sizes. Tubing sizes range from 1/4" to 3/4". Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's Quick Set single ferrule design constructed of high strength stainless steel. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C).

All series are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 150,000 psi (10,345 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/4" to 1".Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's coned and threaded design. Operating temperatures from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

P Series Needle Valves
Pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar)
All series are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (10,345 bar). Pipe sizes range from 1/4" to 1". Operating temperatures from 0°F to 400°F (-17°C to 204°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.
 
Mini Needle Valves
MVE & MV Series Valves to 15,000 psi (1034 bar)
These valves are a rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/16" to 1/8".Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's SpeedBite single ferrule design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.
 

Bottle Needle Valve Series
Low Pressure to 10,000 psi (690 bar)
BTV Series valve design provides male inlet connections from 1/8" to 1/2" NPT. Outlet connections in NPT or tube to 1/4". Rising stem/barstock body design.
 
Micrometering Needle Valves
VRMM Series Valves to 60,000 psi (4137 bar)
Valves for precise control of small flows, for pressures up to 60,000 psi (4137 bar). Tubing sizes from 1/8" to 3/8". Operating temperatures from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C). 316 SS construction, other options available.

 
Block and Bleed Needle Valve
MVBB Series to 20,000 psi (1379 bar)
Design for blocking, bleeding, and calibration. This valves is a rotating rising stem design, rated to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). Tubing size 1/4".Tubing connections utilizes the coned joint design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 800°F (-17.8°C to 427°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

 
Double Block and Bleed Needle Valve
20DBNV Series to 20,000 psi (1379 bar)
Design for blocking, bleeding, and calibration. This valves is a rotating rising stem design, rated to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). Tubing size 1/4-1". Tubing connections utilizes the coned joint design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 450°F (-17.8°C to 232°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

 
Wellhead Gauge and Bleed Needle Valve

Autoclave’s Wellhead Gauge valves are designed for reliable shut-off service at a maximum working pressure of 30,000 psi (2068 bar). The Wellhead Gauge and Bleed Valves are standard in 316 stainless steel material. Special materials available on request.
 

Extreme Temperature Needle Valves
HT,LT, & PV Series from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C)
Valve option for extreme high and low temperature operation. The extended packing housing allows operation from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C).

Diverter Needle Valves
20DV Series to 20,000 psi (1379 bar)
Used to divert flow from inlet to one of two outlets, working pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). Tubing sizes range from 9/16" to 1".Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's coned and threaded design. Operating temperatures from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

High Pressure Yoke Needle Valves
Y Series to 50,000 psi (3447 bar)
Extra heavy duty plant grade rising stem valve, working pressures to 50,000 psi (3447 bar). Tubing sizes range from 9/16" to 1".Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's coned and threaded design.
