◆本廠生產(chǎn)的礦山采石機(jī)，機(jī)子小巧靈活、移動(dòng)方便、價(jià)格低、功能大。適用于小規(guī)模高效率開采石材，大型礦山開采小塊荒料使用，可廣泛地應(yīng)用在凝灰?guī)r，花崗石，大理石礦山切割開采。目前已經(jīng)在浙江，安微，等華東地區(qū)普遍應(yīng)用。

◆以我們本地凝灰?guī)r為例，石質(zhì)稍軟，一天8小時(shí)可切

割凝灰?guī)r150米。工作效率高，石材出產(chǎn)率高，電耗省。

◆工作原理：以電動(dòng)機(jī)或柴油機(jī)為動(dòng)力帶動(dòng)主機(jī)鋸片高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，切入巖石，并運(yùn)用小電動(dòng)機(jī)沿軌道推行，結(jié)合鋪助設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)了無爆破和無熱切割的嶄新石材荒料開采工藝

◆安裝與使用：

1、安裝護(hù)水蓋，對準(zhǔn)護(hù)水蓋的安裝口，再鎖緊螺母。(保持護(hù)水蓋與主機(jī)程垂直，以免鋸片切到護(hù)水蓋)。

2、 安裝鋸片：先將主軸升地面，高度大于鋸片的半徑以上，再松出主軸上的鎖緊螺母，取出外夾片；內(nèi)夾片的正反面有兩個(gè)不同大小的凸臺(tái)，選擇與鋸片內(nèi)孔大小相配的一面并朝外。使鋸片孔與內(nèi)夾片的凸臺(tái)緊密配合，再按上外夾片，鎖緊螺母。（注金剛石刀盤要與軌道程平行狀態(tài)，在出廠時(shí)我廠方已調(diào)節(jié)過，可作為參考）。

3、打開減速機(jī)蓋，加入清潔機(jī)機(jī)油（請勿必加油后使用）。

   注：出廠時(shí)機(jī)油已加，注意定期檢查。

4、 鋸片升降絲桿，加入清潔機(jī)油。(注:每個(gè)工作班需加油1～2次)

5、 接入主機(jī)電源線：三廂四線。接線方法，接線頭已在配電箱中接好。打開配電箱，再把所留的電源線去掉，改換成16平方的電源線，并在相應(yīng)的接線柱上接上電線；黃色的為零線，不需要拆，只要接上相應(yīng)的延線即可。

(Note that the diamond cutter with orbital parallel to the state, the factory I have been adjusted when the factory can be used as a reference).

3, open the reducer cover, adding cleaning machine oil (do not use after refueling).

   Note: The factory oil has been added, pay attention to regular inspection.

4, saw blade lift screw, add clean oil. (Note: Each work class to refuel 1 or 2 times)

5, access to the host power cord: three four lines. Wiring method, wiring head has been connected in the distribution box. Open the power distribution box, then leave the power cord removed, replaced by 16 square power cord, and in the corresponding terminal on the wire; yellow for the zero line, do not need to split, as long as connected to the corresponding extension Line can be

注：線接好后檢查一下上升與下降，如相反，進(jìn)線的任兩個(gè)線頭對換就行。

6、接好進(jìn)水管，以保證工作時(shí)供水充足。

7、全面檢查主機(jī)，在各部件滑動(dòng)處定時(shí)加機(jī)油。

◆操作使用方法

1、 安裝各部分完成后，帶好防護(hù)手套。鋪好軌道，軌道有專用的接頭，軌道用木塊基本墊平固定，把主機(jī)置于軌道上。

2、 檢查行走四輪是否正確架于軌道上，如有輪子懸空的，調(diào)整軌道高低至接觸。

3、 手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)鋸片，檢查鋸片是否與軌道平行，檢查鋸片是否正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，并依次檢驗(yàn)操作面板上的按扭是否正常。

◆ operation to use

1, after the completion of the installation of various parts, with a good protective gloves. Paved track, the track has a dedicated connector, track the basic block with a fixed block of wood, the host placed in orbit.

2, check whether the correct four-wheeled track in the track, if the wheels are vacant, adjust the orbital level to contact.

3, manually rotating blade, check the blade is parallel with the track, check whether the normal operation of the blade, and in turn check the buttons on the operation panel is normal.
